This is the repeated during the rest of the song, except for the little flourish
at the end (1st str. 2nd fret to 2nd str. 2nd fret to 2nd str. 3rd fret to 3rd
str. 2nd fret) - it's simply replaced by (1st str. 2nd fret to 2nd str. 3rd fret)
and then going back to the beginning.

When I first learned this song, it was as shown above;  but now I think it's meant
to be played with a capo on the second fret, and the fingering becomes easier
(based on the C-chord fingering, rather than the D-chord above.  Also, all strings
are used and more notes ring out, so here's the same arrangement with a capo.
